What awaits beyond our front door? Is it the welcoming sigh of nature?
We wearily stumble. Slowly we make our way up our hallway. Hearing a gentle stirring within. An inner calling to join in an adventure that beacons. An adventure awaits just outside our front door.
Suddenly, unexpectedly, we are refreshed. We are eager to explore this brand-new day. This blessed gift of God our Heavenly Father. We will walk with Jesus, our Lord, our guide. On this venture of love, discovery, praise and thanksgiving.
We are in no hurry. We have all the time we need. For this is God’s creation we are exploring. For this is God’s timetable we are following. We have all the time we need.
We will go where the Holy Spirit guides. We will quieten our busy minds. Listen with our hearts for the still, small voice of God’s Holy Spirit. This is surely going to be a day of wonder and magic. A day of walking hand-in-hand with Jesus, God’s Son. A day of exploring God’s wonderland — nature!

the Creator of the heavens, Who stretches them out,
Who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it,
Who gives breath to its people,
and life to those who walk on it…
