Wait for the Return of Jesus Christ
Such a day of wonder and awe. When we see Jesus descending in the clouds.
Scripture Reading: Jesus said to him, “You have said so. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of Heaven.”(Matthew 26:64, ESV)
Reflection. All believers long for the moment. The return of the Son of Man — Jesus Christ our Lord.
Our hearts sing praises to Jesus Christ who ascended to Heaven in the clouds. He will return to gather unto Himself those Almighty God gave to Him. Jesus will return to us in the same manner. The Son of Man shall come to us in the clouds.
Scripture Reading: And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. (Mark 13:26, KJV)
Jesus the Lord is returning. The Son of Man is coming. Jesus the King is coming for you and me.
Scripture Readings: Christ will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for Him. (Hebrews 9:28,ESV)
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:3, KJV)
