Jesus loves me! This I know.

Jesus loves me! This I know,
For the Bible tells me so.
Little ones to Him belong,
They are weak, but He is strong.

Jesus loves me still today,
Walking with me on my way,
Wanting as a friend to give,
Light and love to all who live.

(Anna B. Warner, 1860)

Introduction. All people. In all nations. Need urgently the love of Jesus. Now more than, ever before.

Scripture Readings: Jesus Christ knows the worst about you. Nonetheless, He is the one who loves you most. (A.W. Tozer)

And to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:19, ESV)

I never tire of writing of Jesus’ love for you and for me. It for me, is amazing that people who hurt Him so. Are loved without end by Jesus still. Our Lord’s love for us is unceasing and truly unconditional. Christ’s love for us is far beyond our understanding. We accept Jesus’ love without hesitation and without any questions. You and I let our Lord’s love fill to overflowing into our open heart. We worship Christ always and we consistently praise Him for loving us.

What to us is truly miraculous. What to you and to me is simply a remarkable thing about Jesus’ love. Even in the midst of our struggles. Jesus loves us still. Even as we hurt Him and continue to hurt Him. Jesus our beloved Lord does not give up on us. For Jesus is God the Son. God is LOVE.

Jesus being God is perfect. Our Lord never tires of you or me. This to us brings such comfort and such calming peace. Our beloved Savior never gives up or turns His back on us. Even when we walk away from Him. As we turn our back on the One who sacrificed His all for us. Jesus our beloved Lord never gives up on us. Christ loves us still.

Jesus our Lord cannot stop loving us. For this is who He is. Jesus is God the Son. God is LOVE.

Scripture Readings: I and the Father are one. (John 10:30, ESV)

He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of His nature, and He upholds the universe by the Word of his power. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. (Hebrews 1:3, ESV)

But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name. (John 20:31, ESV)

In our struggles to understand the love. And the depth of Jesus’ compassion for us. We appreciate and we realize it is in our struggles. In these difficult times. We recognize the love of our Savior for you and for me. Which helps our love for Jesus to deepen and blossom. In our days of heartache and trials, Jesus loves us still.

Jesus shows us His love. Our Lord invites us to live with Him forever.

Scripture Reading: But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name. (John 14:1–4, NLT)

The most wonderful thing to our heart is our personal home. Even as a very young child. Our home was our most cherished place. The place where we ran to when a little scared of the dark. Our Lord Jesus loves us. He wants to spend eternity in His home — PARADISE.

The precious message Jesus speaks to us. Christ is telling us. Wherever He is. This is our HOME. Jesus’ home is a place of God’s eternal love. Meaning, no matter where we are. No matter our insecurity. We run to Jesus. For He is our Home. Wherever Jesus is, this is our eternal Home. Jesus is God the Son. God is omnipresent. We are always Home in Jesus.

The depth of Christ’s love for us. Is revealed by how much it cost Him.

Scripture Reading: Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. (Ephesians 5:1–2, NIV)

What cost did Jesus pay to all humanity to prove His love? Our Lord, our Savior gave His very life to show His love. One His wicked and soul-saving cross. Christ paid the ultimate price. Jesus gave of Himself. This truly was the extreme price demonstrated by God for all humanity. Jesus gave of Himself. Jesus loves us still.

Scripture Reading: Who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for Himself a people that are His very own, eager to do what is good. (Titus 2:14, NIV)

Have we ever stopped and considered that as Christ hung on His tree? Jesus our Lord had given all He had to give. Jesus the Sovereign King had given to us Himself. This is how much Jesus loves you and loves me. To bring us to salvation. Christ gave us His all in all. Nothing did Jesus withhold. We owe to Him no less. In our life of faith. We give to Jesus our whole life. We devote all we are to Jesus.

Let me repeat this. Our Lord gave all He could give to show to us how much He wanted to save us from sin and evil. Jesus loves us this much.

Jesus gave Himself, which means Jesus gave all He could give. It’s possible to help someone, and even to help them in a big way, without really giving yourself. Yet Jesus gave the greatest thing He could ever offer: He gave himself. (David Guzik, Enduring Word Blog)

Let us consider the cost of our freedom from sin to our Lord. Jesus left His Father in Heaven. In complete obedience to Almighty God. Jesus was born of the virgin Mary. Lived as a man. Suffered, died and was risen from death. So, those who chose to believe in Him had eternal life with Him. At what cost?

Jesus gave of Himself. This is how much God loves us. We now give of ourselves. In complete obedience we serve Jesus every day of our lives.

  • All people. In all nations. Need urgently the love of Jesus. Now more than, ever before.
  • Jesus our Lord cannot stop loving us. For this is who He is. Jesus is God the Son. God is LOVE.
  • Jesus shows us His love. Our Lord invites us to live with Him forever.
  • The depth of Christ’s love for us. Is revealed by how much it cost Him.
