To God, You are to Him More Precious than Diamonds
From a lump of coal to a sparkling diamond. From death to eternal life.
More Precious Than Diamonds.
God has formed many diamonds.
But He has made only one you.
You are unique. (Darlene Solo)
Introduction. We are the most precious jewels owned by God our Heavenly Father.
As a teenager my favorite TV show was Superman. In one episode he took a lump of coal and turned it into a sparkling diamond. This is what Jesus’ saving grace miraculously does in a sinner’s life. Jesus takes hold of each of person who truly repents. Christ lovingly transforms their future from death into an abundant and an eternal life. In Acts 3:19; Jesus gives us His Good News,
Scripture Readings: Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out. (NIV)
I have come that they may have life and have it to the full. (John 10:10b, NIV)
Jesus our Lord and our Savior died in our place. For the penalty of sin is the separation from our Heavenly Father through death. Somebody had to die to pay the penalty, the price for our sin. Christ our Lord secured our salvation by His sacrifice. By dying on His cruel and wicked cross. Christ our Lord paid the price for our sin. Jesus Christ proved to us how very precious we are to God.
Scripture Reading: But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8, ESV)
Almighty God gave to those who accepted Christ as Lord and Savior. God, the Holy Spirit to comfort, help and strengthen.
So precious to God are we. Almighty God sent to us His Holy Spirit as our comforter and helper. God the Holy Spirit lives within us.
We are so very precious to our Heavenly Father. God’s Spirit teaches us and helps to understand all of Jesus’ teachings. God, the Holy spirit comforts us by teaching us all things of Jesus. Jesus shows us how to have true joy in our lives. By acknowledging all the blessing God showers upon us each day. We appreciate the beauty of life. Simply by living daily in the presence of God.
Almighty God treasures each of His cherished children so. That He sent His only beloved Son to earth for us. Our Lord, our God grants to us His peace in our darkest hour. Through His Holy and most precious Word.
One day, at Christ’s return. We shall see clearly. Face to face our Lord, our Savior. At the foot of Christ’s throne, we shall sing Jesus’ praises. In the Kingdom of God, we shall shine as brilliantly as Him.
Scripture Reading: Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. (James 1:17, NIV)
Simple pleasures, such as walking in God’s meadow on a bright and sunny day. Days such as these stir feelings of true joy and bliss in living and walking in the presence of the Lord. This is God, the Holy Spirit urging us to be grateful for our Heavenly Father’s many blessings and gifts. While we are living here on earth. And walking a life of faith in Christ Jesus our personal Savior.
Scripture Reading: Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, (1 Corinthians 6:19, NIV)
As God’s Spirit helps us to understand Jeus. We picture our Lord as He walks beside the Sea of Galilee. As Jesus gives His familiar Sermon on the Mount. God the Holy Spirit helps us to understand and apply to our lives the teachings of our Lord. (Refer to Matthew 5–7)
In the days when Jesus walked the dusty streets of Galilee. His disciples never seemed to fully grasp the true nature of Jesus’ teaching. They did not fully sense the message behind our Lord’s words.
We are so blessed. God, the Holy Spirit brings to us the perception and true wisdom of Jesus’ lessons. The Gospels and the Letters come to life for us. May God be praised and thanked. Amen!
Scripture Readings: You gave Your good Spirit to instruct them. (Nehemiah 9:20a, NIV)
But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. (John 14:26, NIV)
Almighty God, we sing our praise to Him and worship God with our lives.
Holy, Holy, Holy.
Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning, our song shall rise to Thee,
Holy, holy, holy, merciful, and mighty!
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity! (John B. Dykes)
You and I, and all God’s children who have personally accepted Jesus as their personal Savior. We are as precious to God as the rarest Pink Diamond. As a one-of-a kind Pind Diamond. God lavishes us with His love as only our Heavenly Father can. God’s love for each of His children is immeasurable and incomparable. Our Lord’s love is without limits and is eternal.
To each of God’s precious and cherished children. God gives unconditionally His inhibited love. We to God are His crowning glory. You and I, and all God’s people are His masterpiece, in all His creative act.
Scripture Reading: See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. (1 John 3:1, NIV)
Our Heavenly Father desires above anything else to spend loving time with each of His people. Cherishing and speaking with His children in a personal and an intimate companionship. God’s relationship with His children is ongoing. From the moment of true repentance to salvation and till eternity.
Scripture Readings: Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with Me. (Revelation 3:20, NIV)
Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (James 4:8, NIV)
We are so blessed to have a Heavenly Father who loves us so.
How does God tell us that He love us. Through His precious and Holy Word. For the Bible itself is God’s love story. Our Heavenly Father wrote the Bible especially for us. The Holy Word of God speaks entirely of love. Unconditional and eternal love. Saving grace and love through Jesus Christ, God’s Son.
Each page. Every word of the Bible is God’s love for us, His people. It makes no difference which Book or chapter we read. It speaks softly to our hearts and to our souls of God’s eternal love.
Scripture Reading: We love because He first loved us. (1 John 4:19, NIV)
How else does God demonstrate His pure and sweet love for us? God patiently and lovingly listens to our prayers. Our Heavenly Father answers each one. Yes, Almighty God answers all prayers.
Scripture Reading: This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us — whatever we ask — we know that we have what we asked of Him. (1 John 5:14–15, NIV)
