Reflection. We believe. Through all the love in our hearts. We believe. Jesus rose victorious from His tomb. Jesus lives today and for eternity.

Scripture Reading: Yet a little while and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live. (John 14:19, ESV)

John 14:19 emphasizes Jesus’ victory over death and the assurance of eternal life for those who believe in Him12. It’s a beautiful reminder of hope and the promise of life beyond this world. 🌟(Bible Ref Blog)

I don’t know about you. The promise Jesus pledges to all His disciples—this pledge of love and eternal hope. Jesus gave to those who loved Him over two millennia ago. This promise of eternal life with and in Jesus is granted to current disciples. This beloved reminder gives strength and courage to walk this path of faith. This loving promise from our Redeemer brings a brighter future. A promise of a life abiding in God’s Heavenly Kingdom for eternity. For me and you. This promise fills our hearts with Jesus' love and hope. Fills our hearts with thankfulness for His salvation. He came to Earth for this specific purpose.

At the closing of this life. Our Heavenly Father will send to us. His heavenly angels to escort us Home. His angels God will send to gently guide us Home. Jesus in this promise assures us of this. “Because I live, you also will live.” Jesus shortly after delivering this precious promise. Ascended to Heaven. Our Lord disappeared from our sight. He now is seated at the right hand of His Father. Jesus is no longer physically among us. Yet He is a part of our lives — ALWAYS!

Each time we reach for the Holy Word of God. Every word of the Gospels and the Books of the New Testament. Brings Jesus near to us once more. We are walking with Him. As He teaches the crowds from His small boat on the lake. We are close to Jesus. As He gently, tenderly and with all the love in His heart. Heals the sick, the diseased, the demon-possessed, the deaf and the blind. We see the kindness and the compassion in the eyes of Jesus the Great Physician. The hands of Jesus reach out to those who cannot find their way.

Reading of our Redeemer we see not a man who hung on His wicked and soul-saving cross. We see Jesus Christ who is very much alive. We see Jesus Christ the beloved Son of God. We see Jesus Christ our Messiah whom Almighty God rose from death. We see Jesus who one day returns. We each moment wait with so much love for Him. Wait for this moment. When in the clouds. Jesus descends from Heaven and takes us Home.

Scripture Reading: Then will appear in Heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the Earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of Heaven with power and great glory. (Matthew 24:30, ESV)

We eagerly await His return. We wait patiently for the return of our Messiah. When you, I and all His disciples will meet Him in the clouds. When all believers will rise and be led Home to the Kingdom of God. We prepare for the day of our Lord’s return. We live holy and righteous lives before Almighty God. In all we do. With every word we speak. We do so for the glory of God.

We raise our eyes to Heaven. Eagerly anticipating the return of our Lord Jesus. Believing with every breath. With every beat of our hearts. We believe Jesus Christ shall return for those who love and obey Him. We each day live as if today is the day.

No one knows the day of Jesus Christ’s return. He commands we prepare each day as if it is today.

Scripture Readings: Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. (Matthew 24:44, ESV)

But concerning that day and hour, no one knows, not even the angels of Heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. (Matthew 24:36, ESV)

And the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades. (Revelation 1:18, ESV)

For you and me the wondrous day of our Lord’s return cannot come soon enough. For with His return. Jesus ushers in an eternity of peace and rest. Jesus takes us Home to be united with Almighty God. What a wonderful and glorious reunion this will be.

As we read of the wonders in God’s Kingdom in His Word. Our hearts soar with love and amazement. The light of Jesus. The love of Jesus shines throughout all of God’s Kingdom. There will be no need for the sun, moon or stars. Though I shall miss them. The lion shall lie in peace with the lamb. All animals will be plant eaters. The beauty and the glory of God’s Kingdom have no end.

In the meantime. You and I abide in the presence of our Lord Jesus. We walk each day holding the hand of the One. Who loves us to the point of death. Yes, the pure and perfect Lamb of God paid for our sins. With His very life. Now we live with and for Jesus. Our living Saviour and Redeemer.

David Archuleta sings a prayer speaking of the risen Lord Jesus in this hymn.

David Archuleta’s song “I Know He Lives” combines the spirit of a hymn with an upbeat beat that resonates any day of the week. The lyrics beautifully testify of Christ’s Resurrection: “I don’t have to see Him, I don’t have to touch His hands, to know that those nails pierced through to save a sinful man. I don’t have to be there, don’t have to roll the stone away, to know that He rose from the dead, overcoming the grave” 12. Archuleta released a music video for this song, adding to Easter celebrations and year-round reflections on Christ’s life and sacrifice. 1 (LDS Living Blog)
