We began today with a call to worship that anticipates Christ’s return.

As Jesus’ disciples remained behind, still focused on the clouds. Their eyes still looking up into the heavens. God’s heavenly angel spoke to them. Offering them a wonderful and hopeful promise. For them and all mankind.

why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into Heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into Heaven. (Acts 1:11b)
