Speak Genuinely From the Heart!

Words Spoken From the Heart is Love in Action!

Not the ones speaking the same language, but the ones sharing the same feeling understand each other. … The heart knows a hundred thousand ways to speak. Rumi

Speak clearly, if you speak at all; carve every word before you let it fall. Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr.

You can speak well if your tongue can deliver the message of your heart. John Ford

What we all yearn for is to hear words of tenderness and kindness. Words of sincere love. Words are spoken genuinely from the heart. Words that show we are of worth and are valued. Words are spoken from the heart to demonstrate love as nothing else can.

Words can give comfort to others and heal a troubled heart.

When we speak to each other in a truly heartfelt and compassionate manner, love is shown.

We all have intimate concerns which need to be shared. Burdens of the heart which need to be heard.

The heart in action is magnificent to behold. Have you ever had a priceless connection with another where you feel like one? The connection of heart and soul. Where all communication between you is the language of the heart. The language of love! If the answer is Yes! You have been truly Blessed!

Each of us has deep divine love to share. This love at times does not need words. Perhaps! The sparkle in your eyes when this person walks by or tenderly touches your arm. The catching of your breath when he walks in with a single rose is so unexpected. The gentle words of kindness when a friend of yours is sick. The soft sharing of a sad movie on a rainy afternoon. All exchanges of the heart connect two hearts and souls.

Deepening trust over time heightens intimacy, which only heartfelt communication can. This soulful connection with someone is truly the language of the heart. The language of love.

I don’t know about you, but following my heart has landed me in deep trouble more than once. For example, that yummy chocolate layered cake in my fridge urging me to have just another small slice. I gave in. Then the dreaded guilt trip. Then another time. When I was a teenager in high school and not popular. I made a few wrong decisions. Then the dreaded guilt trip.

Why? Because I allowed my mind to confuse my heart. I listened to the wrong inner voice. I listened to the screaming voice in my head. Instead of the quiet/peaceful/calm pull of my heart. Of course, I saw sense in the long run. Even though I did grab another small slice of that oh! so yummy chocolate cake in my fridge. I left the rest for my dad! And for not being popular in high school. I eventually made friends with those who liked me for ME! I listened to my heart and life was good once more!

Of course, you have times when you believe you are following your heart. Only you know …. Only to discover later on you were merely following your desires, perhaps. But, you sensibly listened to your heart’s calling and life once again is worthwhile.

We all have crossroads in our lives where commonsense pulls in one direction and our desire pulls in another. It is the quiet heartfelt reassurance that you choose to listen to!

When at a busy airport and your flight is delayed.

Do you listen to your impatient mind — I am going to be late!!!

Do you listen to your heart — I will turn on some calming music on my mobile.

The heart is speaking and life once again is worth living.

Now I realize heartfelt communication is not always easy. But trust your intuition. It is worthwhile. All choices are merely crossroads of life. Intersections where we can listen to the calm and intuitive voice of the heart. And when these crossroads involve others, we can express genuine feelings of tender care for them also.

Caring for yourself at these crossroads by refocussing on what the heart is speaking gives guidance. Once again life is on the right path. Have you ever thought of making all your decisions from your heart? Have you ever thought this might even be fun?

Now, choose to see life from the heart’s point of view.

You have times, I suppose, when the mind seems to win. When the mind churns thoughts over and over on decisions you made. Then you wisely listen to the peaceful, calming voice of your heart. You feel invigorated once again. The heart gives you the energy to live life doing things that are most important to you.

You love life and live it to the max’ because you listen to what your heart speaks. There are even times when you are extremely excited about the choices you made.

For me, the choice is to become a professional artist. Hesitant at first, yes! Have I got what it takes? There are so many other artists out there! The mind yelling — I can’t do this! But, thankfully I followed my dream. I listened to my heart!

My heart speaks to me and I listen. It takes guts, yes! It sure does! But days of pure bliss! Now brush in hand — standing before my easel — and, yes, I am in paradise on earth! And, again I listen to my heart. I quite by accident happened on to the website Medium. And a great big light bulb flashed in my head. Lightning struck my heart. WOW! I am going to give this a go!

I can help others with my stories. I can serve God the Father, by serving others with my stories — reaching the world. My heart is speaking to me and I am gladly listening. For me, for now, brushes and easel are taking second place. I am concentrating on helping others with storytelling through Medium.

You live life to its fullest. You know who you are and live life staying true to this “one and only person.” When you come to any crossroads, you make decisions based on the true you. Life has been a wonder of chances and opportunities. All allowing you to soar to heights that saw only a few regrets.

You are so pleased you listen to your heart. Dedicating every day to living life as a wonder. Your heart speaks to you each day presenting opportunities to soar ever higher. Again you feel refreshed. Ready to soar to ever greater heights. It’s amazing what you can achieve when you listen alertly to your heart.

Living life by listening to your heart brings dreams into focus. Making plans possible to make these dreams come true. Not easy, believe me. But, to wake up each morning knowing life is a dream in the making. Searching my heart for a new topic to share with and help my reader[s].

So, you are learning it is very important to listen to what your heart is speaking. You are finding the more you pursue the things your heart urges, the more fulfilling life is.

By listening to your heart you are discovering what you truly want. And now you are willing to put in the time and effort to make this dream a reality. At times life feels simply amazing. Of course, self-doubt will rear its ugly head from time to time.

Your heart will speak soft words of reassurance. You will hit hurdles along the way. All dreamers do! But you are strong! You will rise out of the ashes and keep going. Whatever your dream is, it doesn’t have to be perfect.

God knows my original seascape and landscape oil paintings aren’t. But with persistence, practice, classes at the local art gallery and God’s help each painting is better than the last.

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive. Dalai Lama

No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world. Robin Williams

Bonds are strengthened when we speak and listen from the heart. When we treat each other with heartfelt concern and consideration.

We all crave close relationships which are based on open and honest communication and emotions. Speaking from the heart is an essential element of this.

The heart in action is magnificent to behold. We all have deep love to share. This sharing of love which at times needs no words. Heartfelt relationships deepen trust over time. Where only the mind cannot. It is not always easy. It can be fraught with trouble. But the heartfelt life is sincere and true.

At the crossroads in our lives, it is best to be true to our hearts. And at times follow our dreams. And, even at times taking the time to care for ourselves a little. Choosing to live life from the heart’s point of view.

You have chosen to live life to the fullest by listening to what your heart speaks. You are pleased you listen and at times are indeed living a life of wonder! You found what you truly want and have put the time and effort to make your dream a reality.
