Standing in Awe and Wonder at the Amazing Creations of God
With the faith of a small child. We permit God’s creations to fill our hearts and nourish our souls.

Introduction. As a small child stands in wonder at all of God’s creations. We gaze in awe at the glory and in amazement at the power of the Almighty One.
Scripture Reading: Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they existed and were created. (Revelation 4:11, ESV)
God’s universe is without end and far beyond human comprehension. From the beginning of the human race. Mankind has gazed up into the heavens and wondered. Man, woman and child have looked into His heavens in awe and in wonder. In all countries. In all tribes and in every nation. All peoples throughout man’s history. Mankind has imagined and has passed down many creation stories.
Scripture Reading: For Him all things in Heaven and on Earth were created, things visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or powers — all things have been created through Him and for Him. (Colossians 1:16, ESV)
Each human heart beats longingly for the need of our Creator. We, you and I are so blessed and so very loved. Our God, our Creator has made us in His very image. In His own likeness the Almighty One has formed us. Our God, our Creator made all there by His powerful Word. The Almighty One spoke through the power of His breath. All there ever will be, came into existence.
We have a record of God’s own creation story. Our Creator loves you and I so. The Almighty One wrote of act of His creation. God wrote of His power and of His glory. Almighty God recorded His act of creation. God spoke His Word and all that there is. All there ever will be, came to be. Then God wrote it all down. By the Finger of God. The Almighty One recorded His creation story, for you and for me. Our Creator, our God spoke of His wonder and of His glory. In the one and only true Holy Word. The Bible.
In His Holy Word. God wrote of His act of creation. He wrote directly to our heart. In His Holy Word, God wrote of His mighty Work of creation.

All you and I need to do. Is to, with all the love we hold in our heart for God. Is to reach out our hand for His Bible. There before our heart and our eyes. In the very first Chapter, in the very first Book — Genesis. Is the Almighty One’s creation story. Yes, indeed penned by man. Inspired by God, the Holy Spirit. The creation story of Earth, the heavens and man.
You and I read, with heart wide open. God’s own creation story. The one. The only true Creation Story. Such a blessing. Such a gift from the Almighty One. God gives to you and to me His blessing. To read of His very act of creation. Through His Holy Word whenever we reach for our Bible.
God’s creation story written by the Finger of God. Not orally passed down from generation to generation. Susceptible to human error and interpretation. Not written by man without the inspiration of God, the Holy Spirit. Written by the Finger of God directly to our open heart. God, the Almighty One wrote His creation story. For all His beloved people in His Holy Word.
God’s creation story unfolds right before our eyes. Word by word. God’s mystery speaks of His mighty power, His majesty and God’s glory. With the faith of a small and innocent child. We read of God Almighty’s act of creation.

Now and from this moment forward. We stand in awe and in amazement. Before all the wonders of God’s creations.
Wherever you and I venture on this stunning and unique planet. In the vast and seemingly endless universe. You and I will never tire of singing God’s praises. As we spot a beautiful and ever so rare butterfly. As she flutters from blossom to blossom. Sucking of its sweet and nourishing nectar. And inadvertently giving new life. We breathe in deeply of the freshness of God’s meadow The crispness of God’s morning’s dew. Such gifts and blessings from our Creator, God.

You and I never tire of walking in God’s wonderland. Seeking out His secrets and His hidden wonders. Ever filling our heart and our soul with His love. What is this we spot. A timid deer and her doe. Such love and such tender devotion this mother displays, for her baby. We think silently. If only man would display such love and such devotion for our offspring. The world would have no child cruelty or child abuse.

As you and I venture each day into God’s wonderland. We raise our heart and our voice. In song and in praise and in eternal worship to the Almighty One. We step into the sunshine of God’s love, and we remember. We are God’s beloved and devoted child. We are the handiwork of a God who loves us so. We turn our head and our heart to hear the trembling song of His bird. She also is singing to her Creator, her praise and her worship.

I for one love to gaze up at God’s heavens and marvel. At His countless stars, comets, planets and galaxies. Far from feeling insignificant and tiny. I feel just the opposite. I am so blessed and so very loved by the Creator of all I perceive. For God breathed into me, life. My Heavenly Father gave to me the ability. The love to appreciate all that stretch out before me. Yes, once more my heart and my voice. I raise to God in praise.
God the creator of all we perceive and so very much more. God, our Heavenly Father is here keeping us company. For in His Holy Word promises never to leave us. Yes, the creator of Heaven and the maker of you and of me. Will never, not for a moment leave us alone.
