God’s steadfast love endures forever. It is He who made us, and we belong to Him.

Know that the LORD, He is God!

It is He who made us, and we are His; (Psalm 100:3a, ESV)

David’s Book of Psalms, is his book of songs and prayers to God, our Lord. The song book for God’s chosen people. For us to sing our praise, our love and worship to God, Almighty. Psalm 100 celebrates the might and majesty of our Lord. This Psalm appeals to us, to “all the earth,” to lift our voices in praise and worship.

Let all the people of the world sing and harmonize for joy. Praise and worship our God, everyone. For God is great and mighty. None can equal His majesty and power. His Almighty power outshines the sun, outshines every star in all God’s heavens.

Psalm 100 is a song and a prayer of thanksgiving, praise and worship.

A prayer of entreaty and of praise. In this most beautiful of songs. David encourages everyone. In their worship and praise, to and for God. That it be done with love and pure and sweet joy. We sing our prayer to our Heavenly Father. With melodious notes of gladness for all that He has done for us. For we look back, and we have so very much to idolize His Holy name.
