Prayer! Our Powerful Loving Time. With the One Who Loves Us
In our sad and lonely times. In our days of happiness. In prayer with the One who loves us unreservedly. We love Him.
Beautiful Garden of Prayer.
There’s a garden where Jesus is waiting,
There’s a place that is wondrously fair.
For it glows with the light of His presence,
’Tis the beautiful garden of prayer.O the beautiful garden, the garden of prayer,
O the beautiful garden of prayer.
There my Savior awaits, and He opens the gates,
To the beautiful garden of prayer.(James Henry Fillmore and Eleanor Allen Schroll, 1920)
Introduction. Lonely moments. Times of isolation. Joyful days. All shared with the Almighty One. Through powerful and loving PRAYER!
Scripture Readings: If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. (John 15:7, NIV)
Come near to God and he will come near to you. (James 4:8, NIV)
Come near to God and he will come near to you. (Jeremiah 29:13, NIV)
Prayer time with our loving and our beloved Father. Are the most precious moments of our day. Spending these priceless moments with the One who created us. Is such a wondrous, such a beautiful practice. For God designed prayer as a means for us to be close to Him. As a connection between us. And the One who waits patiently for us to speak to Him. Prayer, beautiful and wondrous prayer. Love in action. Love in hope and in eternal glory. Love shared between Father and child. Love, wondrous and glorious LOVE. PRAYER!!!
Prayer allows us to be close to God. In such an intimate and in such a personal connection. Prayer in combination with holy worship and daily Bible study. Is such a powerful tool in our path of faith. And a loving time with God, our Heavenly Father. Loving prayer keeps us close to the Almighty One. God Almighty promises to us to draw ever nearer to us through our prayer life with Him.
Our prayer life. Is part of our loving means of communing with our Father, God. In combination with daily Bible study. Also, a life filled with worship for Almighty God.
Scripture Reading: A Psalm of David.
When he was in the Desert of Judah. You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. (Psalm 63:1, NIV)
Almighty God deeply desires for you and for me. To form each day a close and a meaningful relationship with Him. As we grow near to Him. Through diligent and consistent prayer. Life becomes ever more peaceful. As little things that were once troublesome. Now bother us no more. God brings to us His peace.
Scripture Reading: In peace I will lie down and sleep,
for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8, NIV)
As we step gladly into the holy and the loving presence of our Father, God. A soothing calmness fills our whole being. Love is the essence of our life. Love is the meaning of our days. For this is the reason God created us. To love Him with all our being. To be loved by our Father. To be near to Him all our days.
You and I want to spend more and more of our time with God. We reach out our hand and our heart. To God Almighty eagerly. As we pray to the One who loves us. More than we will ever know.
We pray. Help us oh! Lord. To make spending time with You a priority. Never to push You aside. For we believe. Yes! We believe. Nothing is more important in our day. Than, being with the One. Who created us to love Him with all our being. When we place all our faith in God. We then feel His unceasing love for us.
There are only twenty-four hours in a day. Let us make spending loving time with our Father our most top priority. For when we look back on our days. We have pushed God on our sidelines. We find we have found a myriad of excuses. Not to spend time with our Father in prayer.
Spending loving time with our Heavenly Father. Brings God oh! so close.
But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33, NIV)
The truth. The divine and loving truth is. Spending time in the holy and righteous presence of God. Multiplies by infinity our love for our Father, God. As, when Jesus blessed the little boy’s fish and loaves. Jesus performed His miracle. This small meal He multiplied enough to feed. Many, many thousands of people. (Refer to John 6:1–14)
Almighty God, when asked to will multiply our brief prayer time. To a life of prayer and a life filled with His never-ending love. We push aside our busy-ness. And spend prayer time with the One who truly loves us.
For at this very moment. It is you. It is me who choses how close, how nearby to God. We wish to be. If we want to be so very close to our Heavenly Father. Even His breath cannot separate us. Spending more and more time with Almighty God. Is the one. Is the only solution.
Our Heavenly Father desires nothing more from you. God wants you and me to find time for Him.
Scripture Reading: But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. (Matthew 6:6, KJV)
When you and I spend loving time with our Father, God. Real peace, love and joy in His presence is our eternal reward. This is achieved by making a true and a sincere commitment to the Almighty One. To always, always put Hims first and foremost in our daily lives.
Scripture Reading: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. (Deuteronomy 6:5, NIV)
First thing in our mornings. A short but heartfelt prayer of thanksgiving. For our life and all this includes. A prayer telling our creator of our thanks for His many blessings. Then a true and a sincere closeness this brings to our lives. This personal connection astounds us. Even the trials of our daily lives. Cannot separate us from God and His love for us. Nothing, absolutely nothing can pull us apart from God’s love.
Our prayer life. Our prayer time with our Heavenly Father. Forms a loving connection. Creates a personal and intimate relationship with God. Which is so very close. Not even a breath of God separates us. Or ever shall.
