Loved, Deeply Loved. Are God’s Faithful Believers
Deeply and boundlessly loved are we — by Almighty God.
Scripture Reading: Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which He has called you, what are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His great might. (Ephesians 1:18–19 ESV)
Reflection. Almighty God loves us with boundless and everlasting love.
Scripture Reading: The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: ‘Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, with lovingkindness, I have drawn you. (Jeremiah 31:3, ESV)
This verse speaks to all who believe God’s words. Almighty God speaks intimately to every person. These words touch our hearts with God’s everlasting love. These words show us the lovingkindness of our Lord. God’s love is. As kind as that of a child with her puppy. God’s love for you and me is infinite and pure. God’s love for us, is as pure as that of a newborn lamb. God’s love is as infinite as the ever-expanding universe. God’s love is as intimate as that of a mother to her very young child.
