Every person, everywhere, every now and then. Needs to be INSPIRED. Needs a gentle and empowering nudge in the right direction. Needs gentle teaching to re-gain control over life.

In your journey through this adventure, we have termed life. You have picked up many valuable skills, talents and gifts along the way. These in total add up to what you can accomplish and achieve. Building into who you are. All can and will be used to INSPIRE and EMPOWER other people.

Life for you, as for all of us, is not all a bed of roses. Sometimes it is downright scary. You have always faced fear head-on. Head held high ready for battle.

When something takes place that may be a little (or a lot) fearful. You are naturally a person who faces all challenges to achieve your goal.

I am not saying you were not perhaps a little timid. Accepted that you had a mission. So, you ploughed on regardless. Facing any danger with apparent ease. Timid but always moving forward.

Accepting such challenges many times creates in you a brave and courageous person. A person to be proud of. You will, whenever you need to, find within you the strength and courage. The courage to do what needs to be done. Move forward you must. Proceed you will.

These acts of courage come from being a brave person inherently. From facing fear with strength and not backing down.

This is now who you are. A brave person tackling life with power, courage and vigour.

Now you use your courage and bravery to inspire and empower other people. This is a gift used by you with love.

If I may, I am going to use my faith in God the Father as an example here. Why does He inspire me? I believe every word He utters in His Holy Scriptures. He has proven Himself, to be honest, and trustworthy. How does Jesus Christ empower me? Jesus Christ, my Lord. There is no one braver or more courageous.

Now, perfection is possible in nature. As in this butterfly. We strive for perfection in our everyday lives. We all fall short.

To use your life as an example for other people you have to portray high levels of honesty and trust. You have built within yourself a high level of self-confidence.

After all, if you do not portray a confident picture of yourself other people will not believe in you either. You know who you are and believe you have something worthy to offer others. Your ability to acknowledge the importance of honesty and trust has never been questioned.

Now, these two traits have been honed to a level of near perfection. You also recognize that they are traits that are lifelong skills to be improved.

You know other people will see right through a fake. When you use your life as an example. Honesty, integrity and openness are required to build trust. Then other people will be naturally drawn to you. People will share their stories. Share their hesitance and obstacles in life.

This may be where you can use similar examples of your life. When times of such experiences were conquered. How you conquered them and when you did, if you needed help doing it.

This level of commitment to another person requires you to be super brave. A high level of courage may be needed when you open up yourself to another. This courage shows that you are a person who genuinely believes in who you are. What you have achieved and accomplished.

Most importantly, how you can use your life, skills, gifts and talents as examples. More or less saying: “If I can do it so can you.”

You may use past experiences, etc., to answer questions. To overcome hurdles and challenges in the other person’s life.

It may take a little courage to open up a part of yourself. To use past experiences which are similar to the stumbling blocks encountered by him.

With your courage and in-built creativity, you work together. Together to paint images of possibilities.

Possible options and alternatives he can pursue are discussed and debated. You leave him to do most of the work though. After all, it is his life he wishes to change not yours.

You will work together. As two equal members of a team putting forth suggestions. Maybe listing advantages and disadvantages. You work together connecting and building on each other’s strategies.

Together you steer his life forward. All the time placing appropriate, gentle and well-meaning compliments. Compliments showing acknowledgement of his achievements and accomplishments.

Through your power of motivation and inspiration, you have EMPOWERED him. He may even feel brave and courageous enough now to unlock his full potential.

A silent word or two of congratulations may be called for here. You have inspired personal and true growth in another person.

One person, YOU, gift another through your inspiration. You gifted him with a life-long ability of SELF-IMPROVEMENT! The sky is the limit for him now.

He has been EMPOWERED! Without you even being aware of it. He may have changed from being not in control over life. He may have even at times felt quite powerless.

The priceless time you spent with him, gave him a renewed sense of control. By permitting him to see how to make his own changes and make his own positive decisions. You gave him power over life. In other words. You EMPOWERED him.

Without actually expressing it in words. You worked as a team to show him he has the power and permission to succeed. And, succeed he will. What a colossal POWER this is for him.

He may see major and minor changes in life. Hopefully changes directly to his passions, goals and dreams. If that’s not the case. He may now feel brave and strong enough to put in place what is needed to get there.

Whatever happens, you were there to be his guide and compass.

You INSPIRED him to take chances. To make changes. To move forward.

He is the POWER in his life.

You EMPOWERED him to grow!

Life provides us with endless opportunities to INSPIRE people and give them the POWER to manage their lives.

Courage is needed at times when you use yourself as an example. Courage and strength to support another person through a high level of commitment.

By INSPIRING another person you have EMPOWERED him. You have helped him to regain control over life.
