In Loving Prayer. We Draw Near to God.
By prayer. We show Almighty God how much we love Him.
Scripture Reading: Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (James 4:8, ESV)
Reflection. Love Almighty God with all we are. Show God our love through prayer.
Jesus’ Great Commandments are to love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind and to love thy neighbour as thyself1. These two commandments are the first and great commandment, and on them hang all the law and the prophets1. The following Bible verses also mention commandments2:
