Happy Are the People of Almighty God
Be joyful in the love and blessings of our Heavenly Father.

Introduction. Almighty God is the one true source of our happiness. Genuine and lasting joy are found only in our Heavenly Father.
Scripture Reading: May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13, NIV)
Have you ever thought WHY our Creator God created us and the entire universe? The Holy Trinity dwells in delight, harmony and love for eternity to eternity. God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit delight blissfully in each other’s company. Supreme and divine love, joy and happiness are the state in which the Holy Trinity exists forever and forever. Our Creator God needs nothing more.
I have seen bacteria dancing their ballet under a microscope. Yes, these microscopic beings dancing their joy for their Creator. God created bacteria and us to dance for joy. You and I have heard birds singing God’s praises as dawn breaks on His brand-new day. We have witnessed lightning strikes. Showing to us Almighty God’s magnificent power. Heard the thunder of waves crashing on a stormy day. We have sung hymns to God our Father in Heaven. Hymns of our praise and of our worship to the Almighty One. Happiness and joy a state we receive eagerly as we walk in God’s Holy and loving presence.

Our Creator God made us and the Earth out of His love and through His sheer happiness. Our God, our Creator made us to live with and in Him in absolute happiness forever. It is through our Heavenly Father’s overflowing happiness. That you and I are created. To share of His love and to live in the sunshine of His blessings.

Such a wondrous promise of Almighty God’s love is this. All the desires of our heart. You and I are filled with joy and happiness unimaginable because of the never-ending love of our Heavenly Father.

Happiness and joy come in walking always in God’s loving and Holy presence.
Almighty God searches our hearts to see just how happy we are. When we spend time in His presence. For to our Heavenly Father our pleasure in His Holy and loving presence. Is our measure of our love for Him. Matthew chapter six, verse two tells us where our treasure is, that is where our heart is also.

You will fill me with joy in Your presence,
with eternal pleasures at Your right hand. (Psalm 16:11, NIV)
Thus, when you and I love God with all we are and with all we have. Then our Heavenly Father is the treasure who we cherish. Almighty God is the One you and I treasure more than anyone or anything else. He is and always will be our number ONE!!!
Fancy, God has a pleasure meter planted in each of our hearts. The happier we are when we spend time with Him. The higher the score on our pleasure meter. I am aiming for a perfect score each time. I also want to make my Lord happy. I want God to receive a perfect score also. God and I spend happy and loving time together.
It is such great news that God our Creator loves each of His people so. Our Heavenly Father desires our time with Him to be happy and to be filled with joy. What better way is there than reading beautiful passages from His Holy Word. The Book of Psalms is a book of prayers and songs. Many rejoicing and praising God for His steadfast love.

Almighty God’s ways at times may seem confusing. Our Heavenly Father desires what is best for us always.

Now, so far, we have discussed how blessed it is to be in the Holy and loving presence of God Almighty. Unfortunately, life for us is a roller coaster of ups and downs. Days of frightening dark moments and times of exhilarating light. Times when we wander far from God and His loving and compassionate care. We don’t lose faith in our Heavenly Father. We simply momentarily get sidetracked.
God’s love for us is so deep and intimate. He uses our dark and heartbreaking times. As a sign of wonder. As an opportunity to show to us His deepest love. All you and I need to do, is to reach up for God. To reach out for His Holy Word. In the Scriptures are many passages showing to us how to replace fear and overpowering anxiety with God’s overwhelming love.
All things in our lives preventing us from being happy are overcome. Spending time reading of God’s love in His precious and most Holy Word. We find that every Book and each Chapter is a work of love. The entire Bible is God’s pure and sweet LOVE STORY. Devoted and dedicated to you and to me.
Our God is a God of love. He cannot stop loving us, for His very nature is love itself. He is love personified, and although sometimes it’s hard to comprehend or understand what kind of love is this that He has for us, we all will know that the love of God is all we need. (J. B. Cachila)

It does not matter how dark are our days. How far we stray from our Heavenly Father. Almighty God through the power of His Spirit speaks to us through His Word. All we need to do is to open our hearts, and He speaks to us. God’s Holy Word is filled with His love and is so powerful. We read of the many promises our Father has made to us. Promises to always be at our side when we need Him the most. Words of comfort and healing in our times of sickness. Soothing words of peace when all hell seems to be let loose. The Holy Word of God has all we need. For every time and each circumstance in our lives.

Conclusion. We have a God, a Heavenly Father who created us to be happy in and with Him. What more do we need???
