Great is Thy faithfulness. The Powerful Love of God Fails Us Not
Almighty God’s mercy and faith changes not. God’s love sustains, provides and fails us not.
Great is Thy faithfulness.
Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father,

Reflection. The never-ending love of Almighty God. Brings to our souls such comfort and such peace.
The never-changing faithfulness of God. Provides us such strength and unending courage. The limitless mercy of our Father. Gives to our hearts such hope and much resilience. Through the never-failing mercy. And, with the unceasing love of God our Heavenly Father. We can face anything life throws at us.
Scripture Reading: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,
His mercies never come to an end.
They are new every morning,
great is Your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22–23, ESV)
All trusting and faithful believers in Almighty God. It is sad. It is also true. We each have times when we wander far from God’s presence. All God’s beloved children. Each one has days when our love for Him falters. There are days when we ask ourselves. Are we good enough? Are we? For God to love us. For our Father to shower His mercy upon. For our Father to pour His grace into our hearts once more.
Through the Holy Word of God. God Almighty whispers into our hearts. “Yes!” FOR — God is love. God is eternally faithful. God is infinitely merciful. There are so many messages in God’s Holy Word. Testifying of the never-changing nature of God’s faithfulness. For instance,
The faith of Abraham and Sarah was not misplaced. “Then the LORD took note of Sarah as He had said, and the LORD did for Sarah as He had promised. So, Sarah conceived and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him” (Genesis 21:1–2.) It happened just exactly as God said it would and when He said it would. God is truly faithful. (Bible.org)
“God is truly faithful.” God is love. Almighty God never changes. Just as God performed a miracle for this couple. Because Sarah and Abraham loved God with their whole being. They also placed their complete faith in the One who placed His eternal faith in them.
We have a God who never changes. When we place our complete faith in our Heavenly Father. When we pray in the Name of Jesus. Jesus will perform His miracle on our behalf. As God performed His miracle for Sarah and Abraham. We remember all things are possible for God. All things are possible with God. When we place our complete faith in Almighty God. “God is truly faithful.”
Almighty God’s faithfulness is great. God’s faithfulness and His love for us never changes.
Scripture Readings: If we are faithless, he remains faithful — for he cannot deny himself. (2 Timothy 2:13, ESV)
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23, ESV)
But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one. (2 Thessalonians 3:3, ESV)
When thinking of how much our God loves us. What do we think of? Do we think of His endless mercy.
God’s mercy is endless and is offered to all who fear Him and walk in relationship with Him in obedience to His Word1. The Bible says, “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end”2. The message of The Divine Mercy is that God loves us all and wants us to recognize that His mercy is greater than our sins, so that we will call upon Him with trust, receive His mercy, and let it flow through us to others3. A prayer to God asks Him to increase His mercy in us, so that we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to His holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself4. God’s mercy is His compassion, His kindness and His pity. God knows. We at times need His never-changing mercy.
Almighty God shows to us His mercy in truly a miraculous way. Our Father extends His mercy through the precious blood of the Lamb of God. God sent His one and only Son out of His mercy for all of mankind. This sign of love and mercy covers all humanity. Such love. Such mercy is undeserved. Such mercy is freely offered to all God’s people. Through the saving grace of Jesus, God the Son.
All God’s people have turned their backs on God. All God’s people have chosen their own path. God loves each of His people so. God chooses to show to each of His people His mercy and His love.
Scripture Reading: For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16, NIV)
God gave mankind free will. God does not force us to love Him. Our Heavenly Father does not force us to accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. It is our choice. It is up to each person to choose Jesus as their personal Savior, Lord and God.
This is the extent of Almighty God’s love and His mercy. God sent to all humanity His one and only beloved Son. God sent His beloved down from Heaven. God sent to you and to me. The light of the world. In His mercy God sent His love. Through His mercy God sent the Lamb of God to die in our stead. Through His love and out of His mercy. God Almighty offered us a chance to be reconciled with Him.
