Reflection: We all have a time when life’s storms threaten to sink us. We call out to Jesus, “Help us, O Lord!”
I must sadly admit. I sometimes feel myself sinking below the waves of troubles so heavy. There are days when God’s light is fading. There were moments in my day. When the gentle touch of Jesus’ hand was missing. I looked for a friend. None was to be found. I looked for comfort. All I feel is an emptiness, a nothingness. I looked for love in all the wrong places.
