Reflection. God says to His angels. Rejoice with Me. My lost coin is found.

Scripture Reading: Suppose a woman has ten silver coin and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbours together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. (Luke 15:8–10, NIV)

Who was our Lord Jesus speaking to when He taught this familiar parable? Jesus told tax collectors, sinners, Pharisees, scribes, and His disciples this powerful lesson. Jesus spoke His parable for the benefit of you and me. For you and me this speaks deeply to our hearts. Jesus tells us when we accept His gift — salvation. When we repent of our sins. There is rejoicing in Heaven.
