God Almighty Will Be Our Light
On the New Earth, God’s radiance will shine and guide our way.
And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever. (Revelation 22:5, ESV)
Introduction. God, in His supreme and divine Trinity bears witness to His glory.
And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. (2 Corinthians 3:18, ESV)
Jesus Christ, our beloved Savior will be God’s lamp on the New Earth. We will see Jesus face to face.
On the New Earth in which the glory of God shines, our final Home awaits.
And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. (Genesis 1:3, ESV)
Here on our current, beautiful and amazing Earth. We love sunny and bright days. Days when bird song fills our heart. When a gentle breeze stirs our senses and reminds us of God our Father. God’s created light. The sun shines gently in the sky. Warming us and lights our way.
On the New Earth, God’s glory will light our way. God’s radiance will fill our heart with His love. And all of His blessings will fill our soul with delight. God our Creator will re-create the Earth. All will be perfect. God’s radiance. His glory will…
