God has chosen us to be His dwelling place. God and His love abide within each true believer.

Introduction. Our Creator. Our LORD. Our God declares. We are His temple. We are the tabernacle where God abides.

Scripture Readings: One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Ephesians 4:6, NIV)

To know this love that surpasses knowledge — that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. (Ephesians 3:19–21, NIV)

Well, I do not know about you, dear reader. To be filled each day with the “fullness of God.” Now, for me this is something worth living for. Then we remember. This is the very reason our Creator made us. You and I were made out and by God’s love. We were created by a God of love. We were made to love God and to be loved by Him.

Another miracle. We remember in God’s creative act. You and I were created in the very image of the God of love. I believe this deserves repeating. We are made in the likeness of the God of love. God made you and I to be filled with the fullness of God. What is the fullness of God? God is love. Therefore, to be created in the very likeness of God. Is to be filled with the fullness of God’s love.

We, you and I are so loved by Jesus our LORD, our personal Savior. Jesus Himself prayed to His Father on our behalf.

Jesus prayed that the same love that God the Father has would be in you. “And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.” (John 17:26) When Jesus says, “I have declared Your name”, (Mary Butcher, God Net Blog)

We are humbled by the depth and eternity of God’s love for us. As God’s faithful and obedient servants. As beloved children of a Heavenly Father who loves us with a love beyond measure. We become and remain God’s vessels of love. From our moment of salvation until eternity. We live to love and to praise the One who loves us so.

God, the Holy Spirit enters our soul, our heart, our life. Our faith in the Almighty One is proof of our love. And our trust in Him will never wane.

Scripture Reading: This is how we know that we live in Him and He in us: He has given us of His Spirit. (1 John 4:13, NIV)

Each and every time we make a place and a time in our heart for Almighty God. Our Heavenly Father draws so very nearby to us.

We find more and more time each day to read God’s Holy Word. For this to you and to me is God’s greatest gift and most wondrous blessing. The indwelling of His Spirit brings to us revelations. Of the greatness and the depths of God’s love. We no longer just read of God in His Bible. We see God. We truly see God. You and I truly experience the Almighty One deep within our heart.

We feel deep within the pure and sweet joy of Jesus. As our Lord sits among His little ones. You and I see the healing love and the tenderest compassion of the Great Physician. As Jesus heals the long-suffering and He touches the untouchable leper. We, with tears of love and joy. Perceive all Three Persons of the Holy Trinity unite. At the blessed baptism of Jesus our LORD, our Savior, our God.

Scripture Reading: As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water. At that moment Heaven was opened, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on Him. And a voice from Heaven said, ‘This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.’ (Matthew 3:17–17, NIV)

You and I need to fulfill our part. To live a life of humble and complete obedience. To God and His Holy Law, always and forever more.

Almighty God and His Holy Word makes to all faithful believers a promise. A pledge. That God, the Holy Spirit comes to all those who keep His Holy Word and obey His Holy Law.

Scripture Reading: Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. (Matthew 5:8, NIV)

By obeying the Almighty One and His Great Commandments. We are now God’s Holy tabernacle. You and I, and all God’s divine family are God’s Holy temple. Our heart is our place. Where we truly and genuinely worship and praise our LORD. We sincerely love our Heavenly Father with all our heart. And promise to Him we always shall.

The Holy tabernacle. Our heart is our meeting place with the One who desires to meet with us. Our prayer time with our Heavenly Father. Those oh! so precious moments with the One who loves us so. We find our place of quiet. We sit in solitude with God Almighty in prayer. Firstly, words of thanksgiving for this gift, this blessing — PRAYER.

Then, you and I converse with a Father who loves us more than we deserve to be loved. A God who listens. A Father who always, yes, always answers our pleas. In these precious moments we are in God’s presence. God again enters into His tabernacle.

As we walk each day in the wondrous and loving presence of Almighty God. We remember. We, never. Not for a moment forget the privilege of being with God.

God wants to be our one and only eternal Father. You and I have accepted Him as our beloved Father. We believe deep in our heart what it means to be His child. To be cherished and loved in this oh! so special way.

We are so loved by Jesus our Savior. For Jesus prayed that God Himself would live within us. God answers Jesus’ prayer by giving to each faithful believer His Spirit.

Scripture Reading: I have made You known to them and will continue to make You known in order that the love You have for Me may be in them and that I Myself may be in them. (John 17:25, NIV)

Continuing on our journey of faith and obedience to the Almighty One. We find the greatest pleasures gained each day. Are the ones God created us for. To experience the fullness of God Himself. With the indwelling of God’s Spirit. We walk every day in the kind of love which is indeed God’s temple. By doing this we are fulfilling God’s loving desire for each of His beloved children.

Walking our path of faith. Means we experience the God of love more deeply.

God, the Holy Spirit reveals more and more of God each time we open His Holy Word. Every time we turn to our Father in prayer. His Spirit guides our heart. Revealing God to us more intimately than ever we prayer for.

Scripture Reading: Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (Jude 1:21)
