Do Not Let Go. Oh! Almighty and Powerful God. Don’t Let Go

When we are weak. We reach out our hand. Almighty God picks us up. He carries us on His shoulders.

Reflection. Sadly life at times breaks our spirit. At times we look around and feel lost, alone. The great news. We never are really alone. Our Heavenly Father is only a prayer away.

Scripture Readings: The LORD upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. (Psalm 145:14, NIV)

The Lord opens the eyes of the blind;
The Lord raises up those who are bowed down;
The Lord loves the righteous; (Psalm 146:8, ESV)

He heals the wounds of every shattered heart. He sets His stars in place, calling them all by their names. How great is our God! There’s absolutely nothing His power cannot accomplish, and He has infinite understanding of everything. YAHWEH supports and strengthens the humble, but the ungodly will be brought down to the dust. (Psalm 147:3–6, KJV)

At times even moving through our dark tunnel. On our darkest day seems a faraway dream. Our hearts are down and empty. We don’t, at times. Even have the energy to contemplate a brighter tomorrow. Our sadness only made a little worse. By our faith. Or it appears. Lack there of. Our faith and our trust in our Heavenly Father seem a million miles away.

We remember. When we place our faith in Almighty God. When we trust in Almighty God with all our hearts. When we place our lives in the hands of the One who loves us so. The darkness disappears. So, why do we feel so alone? Why does the darkness follow us? Like a dark black cloud hanging over our heads and over our lives. Because we have wandered away from God and His love.

The concept of moving past this painful season can feel like a faraway dream.

Perhaps that’s why the hope and promise contained in Psalm 147:3 is a balm for so many. (Jessica Brodie, Christianity Blog)

We have a God. Who is a God who loves to love. God is love. King David’s Psalm 147 helps us see how through our grief. Almighty God is our Lord of restoration and ultimate healing.

Our Heavenly Father binds up our broken hearts. With His love and His tender compassion. Our Father lifts us up from the ground of our broken faith. God carries us to days of His love. And times of hope for a brighter future. On God’s shoulder. We are strong. Even in our weakest hour. In the light of God’s love. The darkness of our lack of faith is forgiven. In the strength of our Father’s compassion. We are carried Home to His ever present love.

We reach for the Holy Word of God. In these Sacred and Divine pages. God Himself is to be found. In these Sacred pages we find God and His love for us. These words. These chapters and these books all written by God out of His love for us. The wounds of our lack of faith are healed through His Word. The darkness of our lack of trust. Is replaced by the light of His truth. Our day is one of joy once more. Our future ever brighter and filled with anticipation of His joy.

Scripture Readings: Your words are what sustain me; they are food to my hungry soul. They bring joy to my sorrowing heart and delight me. How proud I am to bear Your name, O Lord. (Jeremiah 15:16, TLB)

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. (Psalm 119:5, ESV)

Only one gift. We have befitting the Almighty One. A song in our hearts — HALLELUJAH! “Praise ye the LORD!”

Scripture Readings: Praise the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises unto His Name; for it is pleasant. (Psalm 135:3, ESV)

Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. (Psalm 147:1, ESV)

Praise the Lord, my soul. Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty. (Psalm 104:1, ESV)

Our gift of love. HALLELUJAH! We place before the Heavenly throne of the Almighty One. The only gift we have befitting our Sovereign LORD. At the start of each brand-new day. Our hearts sing to our Heavenly Father — HALLELUJAH! Starting each day with our joyful praises. Such a happy way to begin each day, yes? And continuing throughout our day and forever more.

HALLELUJAH! Is the Biblical phrase for joyful praise to Almighty God. You and I joyfully and gladly sing of our gratitude. For all our many blessings God has showered upon us each day. The blessing of our family and friends. The blessing of our health and the joy this brings us. The blessing of just being. So many blessings. They are uncountable. We sing to our Benefactor — HALLELUJAH!

HALLELUJAH! Singing to the One who loves us so. Singing HALLELUJAH! Invites us to adopt a posture of faithful worship and truthful praise. Our only gift we have. Great enough to place before the Heavenly throne of our Father. Our hearts’ song of joyful praise — HALLELUJAH!

This joyful singing of praise to our Heavenly Father. Leads us to heights of wonder and love. This wondrous word, HALLELUJAH takes us into a land of contemplation. We are in the presence of Almighty God through our prayer time. By reading and by meditating on the Holy Word of God. We are lead into God’s Holy and loving presence. This in of itself is more than enough reason to sing — HALLELUJAH!

Scripture Readings: From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same the LORD’S name is to be praised. (Psalm 113:3, KJV)

I wonder? What our days. What our lives would be like. Singing our hearts out always — HALLELUJAH! Every thought were of gratitude for all God’s love He has for us. Every action taken. Showing others. How much we love our Heavenly Father. Every prayer we whisper to Heaven. Worshipping Almighty God’s Holy Name.

Conclusion. We shall live in a constant state of joy and amazement. For the very term Hallelujah refers to joyful praise and worship. What a wonderful way to live this would be.
