Almighty God’s Loving Command. His Ten Commandments
Our Father God loves each of His beloved children. He gives to each one a Divine plan. Obey His Ten Commandments.

Introduction. The Sacred/Divine commandment of Almighty God. Is not a mere suggestion. God’s Ten Commandments are put into place. By a God who loves us so.

You shall have no other gods before Me.
You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
Honor your father and your mother.
You shall not commit adultery.
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

God is love. Why did the Almighty One give humanity His everlasting Ten Commandments??? For the very same reason. Our Heavenly Father does everything He does. Why give to all His people the Ten Commandments??? And His instructions to always obey each one. Without any hesitation or any variation. Because God loves. Because God loves each of His people. Because Almighty God desires to protect and to shield us from one another. Because God is love.
God’s Ten Commandments are put into place to protect us all. From each other. God’s Ten Commandments are put into place to shield nations and countries. From neighboring countries and from enemies within their borders. Take for instance the commandment. “You shall not murder.” (Exodus 20:13, ESV)
Imagine if you will. Almighty God had not instituted such a commandment. We would have annihilated each other long ago. And so it goes with all God’s loving Ten Commandments. Each and every one. God put in place each one to protect us from one another. Because by ourselves we are not strong enough. By ourselves we do not love each other enough.
Scripture Reading: Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, you shall be My treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is Mine. (Exodus 19:5, ESV)
My son, do not forget My teaching, but let your heart keep My commandments, for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you. (Proverbs 3:1–2, ESV)
Almighty God loves us all His people. Our Heavenly Father loves all His children with all His heart. God Almighty loves each one of us. These Ten Commandments were written by the Finger of God. The Ten Commandments were written on stone. Through God’s unceasing love. Found in God’s pure heart.
These precious and beloved Ten Commandments. Were designed by God to protect and to shield all mankind. These Holy Laws are not meant as a means to diminish our freedom. These Holy Laws reveal how very much God loves each of His children.
Understanding the Ten Commandments. The reason why God put them into place.
Scripture Reading: This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. (Joshua 1:8, ESV)
Many ask why only ten??? When we look closely. No more are required. Remember! God is God. God is the Almighty One. Almighty God is omniscient.
Omniscience is one of God’s immutable attributes, which is to say, all knowledge of all things is an inherent part of His character and being. Nothing is outside of God’s sphere of knowledge. (Sheila Alewine, Bible Study Tools Blog)
Therefore, God’s wisdom is both perfect and without limit. When Almighty God designed and wrote His Ten Commandments. He certainly knew what He was doing. Our Heavenly Father was indeed covering every aspect of our lives. These Holy Laws cover all society’s needs also.
The Ten Commandments are all that we and our society require. These Holy Laws are all that are needed to live full and satisfying lives. All is required now. Is for all people to faithfully obey each and everyone — ALWAYS!!!
Importantly, Almighty God is the designer and the author of these Holy Laws. The Almighty One is the Person we obey. The Ten Commandments are the Laws. God Almighty put into place in order for us to do so. These are God’s instructions on how to obey Him.
Obey and Love Almighty God. Living a sustaining and a spiritual life. Obeying the Ten Commandments. Loving Almighty God with all our being — ALWAYS!
Scripture Readings: Love and Serve the Lord
You shall therefore love the Lord your God and keep His charge, His statutes, His rules, and His commandments always. (Deuteronomy 11:1, ESV)
And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments; this is the Commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, so that you should walk in it. (2 John 1:6, ESV)
Is the law then contrary to the promises of God? Certainly not! For if a law had been given that could give life, then righteousness would indeed be by the law. (Galatians 3:21, ESV)
When you and I truly live a life based on genuine obedience to God’s Ten Commandments. We are profoundly loving and worshiping our Heavenly Father. With all our being and with all we have. In all our dealings with God’s people. We are loving others as Jesus our Lord does. We are treating one another with tenderness, kindness, compassion and heartfelt LOVE — ALWAYS!
Conclusion. When we completely and constantly obey God’s Holy Laws. We live confidently and courageously. Believing we are God’s beloved child.

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him. (1 John 3:1, ESV)
Each action we take. Every word we speak. Is taken in loving and under direct obedience. To these Ten Commandments. Demonstrating always our love for and our faith in our Heavenly Father. Loving all God’s people — ALWAYS. Taking loving care of and caring for the needs of all. God’s beloved children — ALWAYS.
The blessings when obeying the Ten Commandments. And their author. The Almighty One. God’s love and His light shine upon our hearts and into our souls.
We gain an amazing and an astonishing sense of connectedness. With our Father God Himself.
NOTHING MORE IS REQUIRED IN OUR LIFE — NOTHING!!!
