This Is a Day of New Beginnings.

This Is a Day of New Beginnings,
Time To Remember and Move On,
Time To Believe What Love Is Bringing,
Laying To Rest the Pain That’s Gone.

Christ Is Alive, And Goes Before Us
To Show and Share What Love Can Do.
This Is a Day of New Beginnings,
Our God Is Making All Things New. (Brian Wren, Church Christian Hymn)

Introduction. Yesterday, today and tomorrow. Every day is a loving and wondrous gift from Almighty God.

Abundant life, our Heavenly Father, is promised to each true believer. This gift of grace is to be cherished and embraced with all its daily blessings. For, yes, each day Almighty God showers down upon you and me blessings of love, hope and peace. Every day brings to us the blessed benefit of being in and feeling God’s presence.

As we abide in God’s comforting and warming presence. You and I are released from all our fears. All our anxieties disappear. God brings to our heart His love. Gives to our new day such soothing and calming peace.

Scripture Reading: Peace, I leave with you; My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (John 14:27, ESV)

Our open heart welcomes our Father’s gift of peace. His ever-lasting peace is received with gladness and a true sense of thanksgiving. Once more our soul is at rest.

Each day. Every brand-new day we acknowledge as a Day of Reconciliation with God, our Father.

You and I are re-united once more and for eternity. Through the saving grace of Christ Jesus. By humbly accepting Jesus as our personal Lord, Savior, and Sovereign God.

The most wonderful news the world has ever received. The eternal phrase, “reconciled with God through the saving grace of Jesus.” Christ Jesus came to Earth to repair our severed relationship with our Father, God.

Scripture Reading: All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. (2 Corinthians 5:18, NIV)

God is LOVE! Our God is a God of changing lives. Into the reflection of Christ Jesus His beloved Son. Our Heavenly Father desires more than anything else. For all His people return to Him. God’s love for all His people is a love of reconciliation.

Our Father wants you and I to be forever restored into His Kingdom. God Almighty yearns for a harmonious relationship with each of His beloved children.

Scripture Reading: For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16, NIV)

Is this not a wondrous and miraculous promise? This message. This pledge from our Heavenly Father changes our life now and for eternity. A simple act of repentance and acceptance of Christ’s salvation. Leads you and I into an eternity in God’s Heavenly Kingdom. Where we forever more live to praise and worship the Almighty One. Such a miraculous promise of love and hope. From a God who loves us still and will forever more.

Each day we use for the glory of Almighty God.

We acknowledge each day as a beloved gift from Almighty God.

Scripture Reading: In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven. (Matthew 5:16, NIV)

Saint Paul although like us human and flawed. Was a faithful Apostle of Jesus. In the Books and Letters he penned. Paul was an example of how God Almighty indeed changes people’s lives. Paul metamorphosized from a Christian killer. To a true and faithful disciple of our Lord. Even in his old age. In chains in a Roman prison. God’s praises Paul sang. His faith in Jesus each day grew and deepened.

Paul’s letters sang of his faith and devotion. Paul’s love for Jesus spoke to all those who crossed his path. Even those who beat and tortured him. Even wicked and bitter torture could not silence Paul’s words of faith, devotion and love.

May God be praised. You and I are not in chains and tortured as was Paul. All for the Name of Jesus.

Scripture Reading: Paul’s Chains Advance the Gospel

Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the Gospel. As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ. And because of my chains, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the Gospel without fear. (Philippians 1:12–14, NIV)

May God the Holy Spirit forever guide us and give us the strength needed to carry on. Let us turn to Saint Paul in the New Testament. As an example of how to glorify God in our words, actions, faith and prayers. Lest we weaken and stumble.

Glorifying Almighty God in all we do. Brings to our life joy, happiness and God’s unfailing love.

When we read Saint Paul’s Letters and Books. Much of his writings are a testimony of true Christian living. Lessons on how to live our life so much differently than as the world would pull us to do. This is truly how to bring glory to Almighty God. By living a holy, righteous and obedient life.

This life is not a sad and gloomy life. But a life filled with God’s joy, happiness and love.

Scripture Reading: You make known to me the path of life,
You will fill me with joy in Your presence,
with eternal pleasures at Your right hand. (Psalm 16:11, NIV)

Conclusion. What love God our Heavenly Father pours onto each of His beloved children.

As we serve Him each day. As we deliver unto Him the glory due to His Holy Name. Such joy, happiness and love fill our heart and soul. Each day is a gift of love, hope and peace to be used for His glory. Every day is to be used as an example to others of Almighty God’s love. We are to stand apart from the world.

As a living reflection of Jesus, God the Son. We preach the good news of the Kingdom of God. Showing those still stumbling in the darkness of sin. Their way Home to the waiting arms of God the Father.

Scripture Reading: The time has come,” He said. “The Kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news! (Mark 1:15, NIV)
